Max and Monty 14 weeks --------------- Max and Monty 15 weeks
Max is now 15 weeks old. No, he did not skip week 14, just his Daddy did. Unfortunately do to the chaos of preparing to move I did not get a week 14 picture with Monty posted, so it is posted with today's week 15 picture. Here are a couple more as well, just because he is so cute.

Max is doing pretty well. He seems to have been in a large growth spurt this past week. On Thursday he began a trend of sleeping 9+ consecutive hours at night. This is wonderful for his Mommy and me. However, about that same time he also began having some very long and VERY loud crying fits. I don't know if the two are related, but I hope the sleeping stays and the crying hits the road. All in all though, he is still a very good little man and we are very blessed to have such a happy boy.
Max is not consistently sucking his thumb as he is in the picture, but he does consistently stuff his entire fist in his mouth to sooth himself. He seems to be losing some interest in his pacifier, which makes no difference to us as long as it makes him happy. However, this week with the start of football season, Max was introduced to a new pacifier sporting a Chicago Bears logo. Max was very excited that the Bears won their first game of the season on Sunday, and he is looking forward to cheering for the Bears and their many more victories ahead.

Although no recognizable words have yet come from his mouth, Max has began talking to us in long conversations of jibberish, babbaling, and goo goo gaa gaa. Amazingly enough, Becky and I have learned these languages without any teaching. If you too would like to learn these languages, you may contact us to schedule an appointment with Max. Appointments are usually 3 to 4 hours long and usually include a bath and a bottle(for Max, not you!). Max's parents will not be around for the appointments as Max prefers one on one teaching with his special clients. Best times for appointments are Friday and Saturday evenings, but Max is very flexible if you need another time. To schedule an appointment please call or email us at your convenience.
