No ordinary lump of Cole

Cole is doing well. Still battling an infection of some type and his breathing is still on the rapid/shallow side but it is improving. His temp has been as high as 101.5 and tonight is down to 99.3. His oxygen assistance with the c-pap is now down to about 20% (once in the upper 30s)and the pressure has been turned down 1 click from 5 to 4. He is really so peaceful when he is sleeping. However, if he has a dirty diaper... watch out! Boy he gets grumpy!

It is so wonderful to finally have Becky here with us. She held him right away and you can even tell the mother son bond is there already as he started rooting and making sucking motions when Becky came near him on our return from dinner. It is just hard to have to wait for so long for max to actually be able to meet him. Max has been so great through this entire ordeal. What a wonderful little man he is.

I booked a hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express for the next week so Becky's Mom and Brother can stay near by and keep Max up here with us. It is so wonderful to have them all here and amazing the way God planned it out that when they leave my parents will be here to stay in Sioux Falls with us as well so Max will be near us the entire time. Its also nice there is a pool to help keep Max entertained. He is very excited about that.

So far in Sioux Falls the last 2 nights I have eaten at Fudruckers and Fudruckers. Man, they have good burgers!!!
